Suffering poor treatment at the hands of any medical professional is extremely traumatic. We understand your distress and that sometimes making a claim can add to it, which is why we are dedicated to deal with you sensitively and sympathetically.
What do I have to prove?
To win a claim for clinical negligence you must show that your medical care:
- fell below an acceptable standard,
- which caused or materially added to your injury or pain.
You must prove both elements to win your claim.

How do I fund a claim?
Our team will discuss funding with you fully, to see whether you have any existing legal expenses cover that you can use. Or if not, we may be able to offer you a No Win, No Fee arrangement so that if your claim is unsuccessful, you pay nothing. Legal Aid is now only available for some serious birth injury claims and we are one of only a small number of firms in the country accredited to arrange it for you.
