She is highly experienced in bringing and defending inheritance claims; whether representing a surviving spouse, child or charity in order to resolve financial issues relating to a deceased person's estate.
Her mediation expertise enables families to talk, to reach their own understandings relating to all issues; relating to financial issues or to address the arrangements for their children to formulate a parenting plan.
Claire has chaired the Family Law Committee of Birmingham Law Society for four years and is a member of the Advisory Group for the Family Section of The Law Society.
