Amy joined our Employment team in 2016, having practised Employment law since she qualified in 2008.
Amy has extensive experience of advising on all aspects of Employment law, including advice on disciplinary and performance management matters, redundancies, settlement agreements, contracts of employment, consultancy agreements, HR policies and procedures and discrimination in the workplace. Amy also has a wealth of experience in managing Employment Tribunal litigation and conducts her own advocacy. She regularly trains clients on a variety of employment law and HR issues.
In more recent years Amy has developed a specialism in business immigration and regularly advises clients on the practicalities of ensuring that employees have the right to work in the UK and the rules around the sponsorship of migrant workers.
Amy is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
